Where to get the fuel line takeoff?

Hi,
Im looking to replace this part

The original is crimped over very badly. It looks like it is a push in fitting into a hard fuel line to the pump.
Does anyone have any spare or know where to get one and how to change it?

Sorry its a 200 tdi 110 defender ute.
And yeah that looks like the thing i need. Think i'll be hitting up enzed or pirtek tomorrow to find a replacement.
Does the hard plastic hose stretch around a fitting? Or can it split easily?

Try warming/softening it in boiling water.

that's a different part to the one I had problems with - is that the end that goes to the lift pump?

I had a hell of a time trying to find the clip for the fuel pump (tank) on my TD5 - in the end I got them made in brass. I'm now in the process of changing the whole hose set over to standard 8mm ID fuel line running inside an armoured tube on top of the chassis rail. This wont leave me stranded and at the mercy of Land Rover parts prices again!

I've dealt with the 'toughend' hose by soaking it in boiled water - this would be my strong recommendation over a heat gun. The water is a more gentle heat and you can't really damage anything beacuse it's gradually getting cooler, not rapidly hotter like a gun. Plus most of us have a kettle...

You wont be able to refit the piece into the line where it has been stretched over the old fitting without using a few decent hose clips (I recommend the NORMA brand ones as they don't damage the hose) and even then it might not work too well.

Good luck with getting it sorted, you're on the right track with PIRTEK. ENZED are a bunch of pirates!
