What do you think of the grille & other protective measures?

Grill looks Ok but could have done with some extra screws to secure it at the top corners, seats moved inboard should work OK without the centre cubby, I've also suggested the Rangie handbrake mod (maybe - if a run goes ahead). Steel fuel tank and lagging on fuel lines etc. It's getting weighed to finalise body/weight distribution on Monday.
Haven't had a fine tooth crawl over it yet, I did think I would get the chance today - but not to be, got tied up in meetings about major hazard facilities and displans, bottom line though I'm really only a spectator, the engineer working on the project just happens to work out of our office.

could we have some photo's of the extended cab. Looking to replace the 110 ute. Would be good to have room enough to put the seat back 3 inches and stow the guns behind the seat.

As far as I know seats are 25mm inboard, runners +75mm, seems a lot more room than the 200mm would give.

No plates - so I can't take it for a spin

Is this defender direct from the uk with the conversion ? Neneoverland and foleys are both authorized to do this , or is it a Australian LR approved one?

I take it it's on trial as a fire appliance of some kind ?
