    General Grabber AT2 18"

Are the AT2's for D3 18's still available? I have read several things about this and am a bit confused.

If so anyone know a good place to get them in Sydney, pref lower to outer North.

To make it a real weapon, if the budget allows...

Switch to 17's and get some LTs for offroad touring and playing...

Keep the road tyres for daily drive.

I believe AT2s are available - I have ordered the AT version and will be fitted tomorrow. I had to really ram home the point that I wanted ATs and not AT2s.

Jax are a dealer for General Grabber so check with them - their prices are competitive.

I'm sure you are right, but I don't really want two full sets plus extras, I don't want the hassle etc and I am getting to the end of a set of GG AT2s which have been great on all terrains, no punctures and very capable on road and off I am very happy with them.

I am buying another 18" rim, so I will get 4 new tyres, keep the still legal carcasses that come off, load the extra rim with one of them and then on serious trips will carry two loaded spares plus one or two extra carcasses. That along with a tyre repair kit and compressor I think will do me fine.
