    AULRO D3 in orange

Spotted a grey D3 in Orange this afternoon, pulling into the Orange Civic Theatre.

The title threw me a little. I expected it to be about Inc's new advertising strategy using a G4 D3 and some stickers

I think we need a Promo car for Inc.
Something that can be parked outside Toytrol dealers

That was me...well mine. Its hard to get my hands on it lately. No1 son is on the "L's" and SWMBO won't let him near the Audi. That was probably the after-school pick up from the library. Hope they were behaving themselves ;-)

Didn't see any L plates, and I was focussed on the appalling driving of the people who entered the roundabout before.
As it pulled away I pointed out to my girlfriend that it had an AULRO sticker and I would have to inquire about it later.
She gave me an odd look.

Yes its a funny old place. There doesn't seem to be any medium between stop for everything or stop for nothing at the roundabouts. I reckon the L plates would have been on very soon after you saw her. Stornoway Grey...it must be a cheery place. I don't know if it is supposed to be the colour of the rocks, sky or sea. (possibly all three)

    Or the people maybe?
I hate roundabouts in orange, it's like a feeding frenzy.
D3 Looks pretty schmick mate, I think I've passed you before and given you a wave.
Still, I got an arm out the window waving madly peace sign from a D1 driver today

Thanks. It is great...it does need a new windscreen at the moment.
I reckon I get about 80% of waves out there but with a dealer in town now there are a heap more around town now (esp D4's and RRS)so I do miss a few. Sorry if I missed you. I always liked the look of the D2 and almost upgraded from the D1 about ten years ago for the extra space and power. I hung on until the D3 came out and I could afford one.

Mine too, the suction cap for my ipod holder covers the chip though
I wave at them all, a few local D2s and D1s give the most waves back, the odd D3/D4.
Few RRCs, never any of the RRS or Evoques wave back

I'll have to keep an eye out too. People are always getting up me for not waving.
    Cheers
