D3 Removal of front orange indicator lens

I've found a few threads on Disco3 regarding the removal of the orange lens/diffuser (if that's the right word) from the front headlamps, and the replacement of the wedge indicator bulb with a yellow LED version. I've searched on here but can't find any similar threads.

I must admit, I prefer the totally clear look, rather than the clear/yellow version, or there's some that have even left the narrow orange strip to look like the D4.

One question though, is there anything in the ADR rulebook that would prohibit this? I've made an attempt at reading through, but can't find anything pertinent.
