Diesel Mechanic in Melbourne

Hi All,

Im looking for a diesel mechanic based in Melbourne who I can take my 2.4 Puma to. I have just had it back from a dealer after service and when I accelerate from 1500 - 2000 revs their is a much louder tapping sound coming from the engine bay. It doesn't apear on deceleration , or above 20000 revs, but the tapping sound is much louder then wha i would consider normal. Oil level is fine , dealer didn't report any issues with it , but i suspect they didn't drive it.

If anyone has a recommendation on a good diesel mechanic , let me know and I will take it to the to assess.

I can vouch that he is excellent but I'm fairly sure he only works on Japanese cars.

May be worth a call though.

I use Cando 4x4 in Lilydale, he has purchased all the scan tools etc.. For our cars and is thorough and honest. There no is 97395000
