    Engine lift

Does anyone (in the Brisbane area) have an engine lift/crane I might be able to borrow for a couple of weeks whilst I slowly replace my gearbox?

I would hire but I would like to be somewhat relaxed about the process.

There'll be an appropriate volume of the liquid of your choice in it for any generous souls.

    Cheers

    John

sure if you want to turn up tomorrow with your trailer in tow and help out with lobbing the tdi300 into SWMBO's disco the crane, leveler and lifting gear can be put into the trailer once the engines bolted down.

Well I suspect that I will prob take a couple of weekends to do it although it is my only vehicle so I can't take too long doing it!

However I do need to fit it in around other commitments....

in the works I may have a job on ( I hope if price can be negotiated) to haul and engine and gearbox out of a vehicle in brissy, I'll also have to drop some stuff off as part of the run if you're on it or near enough to it I can arrange to drop it off.

I'm on the northside, shorncliffe, and have one you can borrow. Have no need for it in the imminent future.
