    8) when i first got my disco, i read a lot of pommy mags with curling dash probs, seems the chaps at solihousewheretheybuildem, didn't reckon it happened, lo and behold mine was doing it too.
i tried to fix the bit above the glove box with contact and a chunk of railway line to press it down, left it to cure for three weeks, took out the steel thing and within three weeks it curled up again.
restuck it and up it came again.
it can bloodywell stay that way now,
i find that if i leave something on that area like a map or whatever, i don't notice until someone gets in that side [or you mention it!]
    8) no i'm not going to look infront of the inst binnacle again, 'cause i might upset myself 8) harry

I beleive there is a Kit avail that neatly fixed ther problem, it has a trim piece that screw on the edges to secure the dash trim.

Typical Disco problem of the 1994-1996 model range. LR denies most customer claims to remedy it on warranty. Difficult to remedy on your own. Repair kit is hugely expensive for being just two plastic strips and some screws. I took some flexible steel rails and achieved an at leasst acceptable result at a fraction of the cost. Is a job anyway as access in the corners is awkward. Best if windshield is removed.
And furthermore I have a spare dashboard... and might swap the two eventually.
My Australian Disco is absolutely allright, though.
