Need Financial Advice-Super, Investments, Insurance, Mortgages, Cash Flow?
G'day All,
Hope you have had a great weekend. Twas a weekend of cleaning pools, dealing with teenage angst and eating way to much at yum cha...again. Also thanks for all the support and PM's. I look forward to helping you and others over the months and years to come.
As I have a few threads going, thought would put one together that covers off all the services I can provide.
Individuals/Couples-I help people in the accumulation phase of their financial lives and deal with issues such as debt restructuring, tax effective investing and debt reduction, superannuation and personal and business protection and personal cashflow management. What that means for you is paying off your mortgage quicker, improving retirement outcomes, protecting your income and assets which subsequently protects your loved ones and generally have a better financial life.
Business Owners- All the above plus also planning and risk relevant to your business. Buy/Sell agreements. Also financial education seminars for your staff or colleagues at not cost to the business. Financial literacy is becoming more and more important as people become aware of the potential short comings of not having provided well enough for retirement.
Strategic Business Partners-Looking to have business partnerships with people I know who can provide client introductions and whom I can also provide introductions. I am looking mainly in the area's of accounting, mortgage/finance brokers, insurance brokers, real estate agents and other non competing professions where the client can be provided with an all round service.
How does it work- Firstly, you are the client and you are in control, my job is to advise based on the outcomes that you want, whatever they maybe. The first time sometimes comes to see me, its for about 2 hours and costs you nothing. It's more a get to know each other and what your goals and aspirations are. I can also conduct this first meeting over the phone for interstate people or those not able to attend a Gold Coast ( where I am, Brisbane or Tweed office).
After that we can get a plan done ( discounted for AULRO members) and go from there. It is something that is worked on and built on over a period of months and years. I am not a product flogger, I am here to advise you and help you to achieve your goals in life.
One thing I would suggest, regardless of whether I am biased or not
( and it showed up clearly in the survey http://www.aulro.com/afvb/verandah/1...os-survey.html) is do yourself a favour and that is get a financial plan done if you haven't already. We plan for holidays, we plan for children (well most of the time) we plan our day ahead, but how many are planning for their future? Statistically, not many and statistically the outcomes from no planning can be dire.
I'd love you to do it through myself but if not see an adviser before the end of the year and start the new year with a plan for the future. The attitude of "she'll be right" is right up there with "hope isn't a strategy".
To come and have a chat costs you nothing. If you have it all sorted, then perhaps you know someone who doesn't and could do with some assistance. Then let me know and I can organise something with them, so rather than just looking and reading some of my stuff, PM and lets see what I can do for you,
Regards
Stevo
