G'day All,
Snapshot of what I do: I help people in the accumulation phase of their financial lives and deal with issues such as debt restructuring, tax effective investing and debt reduction, superannuation and personal and business protection and personal cashflow management. What that means for you is paying off mortgage quicker, improving retirement outcomes, protecting your income and assets which subsequently protects your loved ones and generally have a better financial life.

Case Study - Jeff and Jan- Real People/Real Clients
Jeff and Jan are both aged 40, and have two children - Lachlan, aged 4, and Samantha, aged 3.
Jeff and Jan aim to retire between the ages of 60 and 65, with an annual joint income of at least $70,000 for the remainder of their lives.
They would also like to pay off their mortgage as soon as possible, without impacting on their lifestyle or reducing their disposable income.
Goals and Objectives
Jeff & Jan, when our conversation focused on your unique goals, better expressed as your needs, hopes and dreams, you each expressed your desire to achieve the following:
§ You both agreed that you would like to pay out your mortgage as soon as possible, without increasing the amount or frequency of existing payments.
§ You expressed a desire to upgrade the family car in the next 3 years for a changeover cost of $20,000.
§ You both agreed that you “want to give our children the best of opportunities” indicating that you would like to send both Lachlan & Samantha to private school from Prep to year 12, and provide some assistance to them should they go on to tertiary education.
§ You would like to be able to enjoy annual family holidays, but would like to fund a ‘larger’ family holiday costing around $10,000 in the next 5 years.
§ You both wish to make sure adequate asset and income protection is in place for each of you and your family where possible.
§ You indicated that you would like to renovate your kitchen at an anticipated cost of $20,000, as soon as possible.
§ You both expressed that you want to increase your existing savings and investment capacity by managing your income and expenses more efficiently without, however, affecting your current lifestyle.
§ You both want to build and create additional wealth by implementing a secure long-term investment strategy, providing tax effective income combined with legal logical and appropriate tax relief.
§ You both confirmed your desire to retire between the ages of 60 & 65 with an indexed annual income of $70,000 p.a. in today’s dollars.

So Stevo...now the discount? If you have read my other threads, you will know that your first chat and cuppa coffee with me face to face or over the phone is complimentary. This is the getting to know each other phase, normally takes around 2 hours and then see whether I can be of assistance to you.
Now if you decide that as per my survey Financial Health Check Survey you'd prefer to spend $$$ on a financial plan than a holiday, and it seemed that most would prefer to get a plan done, then here comes the discount.
If, after our initial get together, you feel you want to proceed with getting your financial plan done, I have organised to get $50-100 taken off dependant on the work required.
So without sounding like one of those advertisements you see at 2 am in the morning. You get 2 hours of time to look over your situation and see what can be done and then if you wish to proceed with putting a plan in place for you, then a discount on top of that. Why? Because I believe in what I do and this place means alot to me, so if I can help my fellow forumites and get a bit of savings in place, then happy days.
Better still, for every 5 members that do go ahead with a plan, I will donate $100 to the site as I would hope that those people would become advocates for what I do and other people would then also feel comfortable to come and see me. So PM me and we can go from there,
Regards
Stevo
P.S. I can meet with people at our Brisbane, Gold Coast or Tweed Office. Otherwise can conduct over the phone and with email.

Hey mate, good to hear from you and thanks for the luck. Now if your goal is to buy and maintain a fleet of LR's I am sure that is something we can put in your plan. However do note that your "end game" out comes aren't likely to pan out like you would want them to.
I should also note that I am happy to have a chat with anyone with regards their situation. For some of the younger folk here it maybe about getting into that first home, for more mature folk like meself, it can be about wealth creation or preservation. So don't be shy people, PM and organise a time, maybe there is a way to own an LR and become financially independant
Regards
