						Quick question guys..
Does anyone know Series Steering Drop Arm Puller Jaw opening width in millimeter?
And what sort of pull travel is required in millimeter for?
Also, how much damage, if any can intense heating cause to the Steering box.
Getting mate of mine to make one for me.. damn they are too expensive to buy.

I just use a 2 leg gear puller. having said that I just sheered the bolts off yesterday when I tried to remove one.... new bolts are sourced, going to try again, maybe with some heat. The box needs new seals anyway so surely it wont matter too much.

lol. You sound like meOnly I'm a tight
and I refuse to pay $60 to get 1 thing done. And by the way I used a different puller today, bigger stronger one that I borrowed from Dad, and it worked a treat!

I regret that I live so far from most members.... I can't go see other people's collections

It is not a good idea to use heat on steering components because it may weaken the structural strength,
