    New battery

As a precaution, I am about to replace the 6 year old battery on my wife's FL2.

The question is, will the loss of power during the change over require the radio code (and anything else) to be reset?

    Thanks,
    Ten.

Wow we are on our 3rd battery in that time! I've had no issues - follow the instructions in the manual

Only issue I had was the auto down on the windows ie touch once and windows go all the way down. Service guys fixed it when I took it in. I think there was something else but can't remember right now.

    battery change

If you have a cteck or similar charger with power supply mode it is a good idae to us it as the useless in dash gps needs to be reset as well as the reversing camera . the camera can become quite a headache if not done exactly as the system manual says . Took me about a week of searching the web for the manual then it was easy.

No Radio code as such. The radio will remember the preset stations normally. The only thing you will have to set is clock & date if applicable.

    Cheers
