    Jate rings - bolts needed

I have a couple of jate rings in the post, part ZXC9435 i.e, the slightly wider ones

Unfortunately they do not come with bolts, they need 10mm by c.130mm long

Any suggestions where in Sydney is best to get these, I'm assuming Bunnings is not going to cut the mustard.....

I'm in Paddington, the nearer the better

    Thanks

    Simon

Someone may come along with a better suggestion, but if you give these blokes a ring they might mail you what you want. They aren't close.

Do you have the correct specs for those bolts? Are they high tensile?

So far as I can work out the bolts need to be 8.8, so high tensile, nyloc nuts.

    bolts High tensile.

    Hi Simon,
Yep, grade 8.8 metric will be good for a recovery point. or metric 10.9.(20%stronger)

If they prove hard to get you can use imperial, SAE bolts 3/8" , grade 8 or grade 9. I've found sometimes easier to use the imperial bolts because they're easier to find. Nylock nuts are a good idea. cheers simmo.

To update I ended up getting the bolts from Bolts Nuts Screws Online, very helpful in sorting out what I needed

If anyone looks to fit these Jate rings I found the 130mm bolts a touch short, 140mm much better. That was with the stock steering guard in place

Bought set of the wider LR Jate rings ....( gawdaful expensive for a few peice of metal ) ...................want to source the bolts .....
Does the length of a bolt include its head ....or just the shaft .....if it's just the shaft them 140 mm looks like it will be good but if the 140 mm includes the head. It might be a tad short ...........I am fitting the Jate rings through the same hole holding my TJM bar and the standard original steering guard to the chassis

    Many thanks

140 is the length of the bolt not including the head.
