    Key fob rubber adhesive

    Gents,

The black rubber cover on the D4 key fob is peeling away. What's the best adhesive to use to fix it?

    Cheers.

Same on mine. I was just going to smear some Silastic on it. Not sure about acidic fumes in proximity to circuit boards though.

    Mate,

If it's still under warranty, that's the best adhesive!

I had two replaced on my old D4.

    Cheers,

The original Land Rover fob shell is quite inexpensive (under $20 from memory). Part number is LR 052882.

I had mine replaced under warranty as well - didn't even have to ask which was nice.
