Cracked headlight glass repair.

Hi folks.
Wondering if people have any suggestions for sealing up a crack/split in the headlight of my D2?
I don't want to run out and buy a new light as I'm going to facelift it but I'm getting sick of it filling up with water....



Silicone? Glue? Something else?

Could try the u fix it DIY windscreen repair kit from super cheap.

Drill a drain hole for the water to get out (in the plastic body section).

Or drill a "filler" hole in the top of the light and keep it topped right up.

That way you wouldn't see a waterline across the headlight and noone would ever know.........................

you can buy an adhesive protector film for headlights....that'll waterproof it.

btw it stops rocks from braking the lens....I know now too late after breaking 2 in 12months.
