The sound of a steam whistle!

G'day all.
Well this weekend another treat for us steam fanatics in the Newcastle area with 3642 here for the long weekend running shuttle services. My well tuned ear picked up that awesome sound this morning as she steamed through Cardiff (unassisted). I'll have to get line side tomorrow for a fix!!

I heard the sound of a steam whistle last week but I had no clothes on so it would have taken too long to get dressed, get the car out, get a camera, and hightail it across to the railway line to get some pics.
