    I didn't until I read the linked article. I hadn't seen the story about the shooting so didn't know what the Scottish dress was about (I don't watch the news nor read newspapers).

    Bob , It has a respectful sadness to It . My Grandfather was in The Argyle and Southern Highlanders , He was wounded on the Somme , walked with a limp all his life .

    I thought the Canadian PM's, & indeed, both sides of government's response was statesman like, mature, & very strong. No sign of hysteria, or trying to invoke fear in to the Canadian public. Bob
