    Question Tow bar

    Getting a new defender 110 pic it up in a couple of weeks a few things i need to get and fit myself to save myself a few $. Safari snorkel, apt bullbar, winch.
    Now the Tow Bar is the unknown need to know some brands and opinions on them. LR005920 - Towing Electrics is this play and play any assistance on this subject would be greatly appreciated

    Not sure about the Puma, but with the Td5 if fitting a long range fuel tank, only the Hayman Reese towbar would fit with it.

    Yep, ours has a 110 litre Long Ranger tank and a Hayman Reese bar. Very solid sucker it is too.

    I bought mine from Land Rover parts for around $420, the part number is RAA623 but that is for a 90 not a 110. Mounted it myself and saved $1000-$1500 from the quoted price I was given.


    LR005920 part number, looks like it will fit into the plug behind the back right wheel arch. I didn't bother as it was quite expensive and went the cheaper way of soldering the wires from the tow bar loom into a cheaper plug I bought.

    Not sure if it will affect any long range tanks.
