Cheap DIY 110 full storage set up ideas??

    Hi there guys!
I have done a lot of searching countless threads on 110 storage but cant seem to find many that suit what I am trying to do.

Just starting to set up the rear of the 110 and I am on a tight budget. I have no rear seats so will be boxing right up to the back of the front seats. I am also wanting to build the the hight of the rear windows. I will be setting up to sleep on top of the plywood top with enough space(height) for 60L fridge and DIY slide.

I saw a plywood one for sale on here last year and was thinking to build one similar (Main draw with fridge out the rear between wheel arches and separate compartments on top of the wheel arches then access to the front of the storage from rear passenger doors). I have tried drawing some up today but am battling with a good design for the front section (where rear seats would be). The bed will always be in the back as Im looking at doing the cape followed hopefully by slow half lap of Aus, working a few months here and there.

If anyone has built something similar any tips, pitfalls or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have a heap of 12mm ply so was going to use that but after thinking about safety was thinking of doing some steel framing to secure it better to the tub.

If there are some good threads already on this please let me know as I couldnt seem to find them after a few nights of searching 110 storage.

    Cheers
Ps something like a plywood version of this pic but extended over rear seats

I redid mine last year DIY style - I'll post some more pics this evening if I can find them.

I had a full commercial set up (draws, barrier, etc) but doing it yourself means you can get exactly what you want.

Agree the front section is the hardest bit to design - I reckon I spent a month thinking about it!
