bonnet open message, but bonnet closed

As the title says, I'm getting the bonnet open message, however the bonnet is closed. I'll have to wait until i get home in a few hours before I have a look at what the issue is, so in the mean time cane anyone tell me where the sensor is and if it's easy to adjust

From memory latch on drivers side, has a micro switch attached to the bottom of it. You can just remove the switch itself & clean & adjust as required, if this doesn't work you will require a new switch.

    Cheers

Bought the switch for ours on Ebay - about $30 from memory. Fixed the issue entirely

thanks guys, I got the bonnet open message to disappear with a decent bonnet close Im waiting for some new bonnet struts to arrive as the old ones failed completely, so I'll have a look at it a bit more closely once they are in
