    Little loti the 109" 69 iia

    doing a few odd jobs on loti (coolant flush checking for oil leaks for roadworthy and so on and thought i should add a few photos she might not have a straight bumper or a perfect paint job but shes mine and i love her

    She looks awesome, and honestly I reckon that if a driven Series doesn't have some knocks and bumps then it doesn't have its own character.

    From the look of her, the grand old lady's had a couple of gin and tonic's before coming home from the pub (slight lean and all that )

    Preserving the patina is part of the skill isn't it. Sure, if you're forced to cut off something, such as the rear cross member, it's going to lose the dents, but seeing the character of a vehicle is often described as 'the sum of its flaws', preserving that character is important.

    Is that a valid excuse for doing a rubbish job painting her?

    haha lean is the ground but paint is all my fault i was poor at the time so it was cheap paint that wasnt that good and first time painting somthing that big haha
