Some Brewers use finings that include gelatin which is derived from an animal, but there are plenty of beers already out there that don't so there's already plenty for vegetarians and vegans to choose from.

Would lentils in Beer produce more after consumption Gas? I have enough trouble getting a Cab as it is.

I never use finnings, I alway do a secondary clearing to another fermenter and leave it to clear for at least 3 days before it goes into the keg or bottle.

Leave the vegans to their soy drinks and leave our beer alone.
