    Climate control/ventilation control problem Defender 130 2.2

Today something in the ventilation control system (that directs air at your face or feet) seized up and will not move from the second last setting

I will remove the console panel for a look, when I get a chance, to see what the problem may be

In the meantime is there a common cause for this to get jammed up?

    Solved.

Opened the hinged cover under the "glovebox" and was able to feel around for the vent direction actuator,
By rocking the control dial and helping the actuator the control freed up and now works fine.
Didnt need to remove the consol fascia

Does yours make a difference as to which position it's in? That's novel....
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
