I know of the armoured version of the D4, which would presumably have heavier duty control arms, but not heard of anyone fitting them to a standard D4.

Have you considered protection plates?

I think you need to work out what the issue is as I’ve never heard of this going on, let alone multiple times. Just super unlucky?
