    Possibly a little hype there. Imagine pumping 200kWh into a battery in a minute, you'd have to have superconducting charge cables or a crane to plug the giant connector in.

    Not sure if this passes the sniff test to be honest. Sounds more like a ploy to get a cash injection so he doesn’t send his renamed company broke like the first one. Wouldn’t trust their word on this without independent corroboration to be honest but will see how many suckers hand over their cash this time to him...

    This Electrek article and its commenters didn't sound very complimentary of Fiskars chances.

    There are a number of labs working on solid state batteries but it's very difficult territory. You have to have intimate knowledge of exactly how the atoms move through the various bits. It would be at least a decade before a mass produced solid state battery was available for vehicle use.
