Discovery 4 no sound from radio

Hey guys
After some guidance. I have a 2009 TDV6 with the double din radio/nav system. Jumped in yesterday to find the head unit has no sound for radio, Sat nav, or phone. All these features appear to still be working but without sound. The audible beep is still ok when your pushing buttons and you can navigate through the menus fine from both the head unit and the buttons on the console and wheel still. My first step was trying to find the fuse and cycle the power to the head unit, if that doesn't work I was going to try the hard reset. Any other ideas ?

Had before. I found that just locking and leaving for ten minutes fixed it. Failing that, disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reset everything. It’ll come good
