    Injector spill line orings.

Anyone been able to source the viton o-rings for the injector fuel spill/return lines, got a leak on one injector ans it appears that the culprit is the RH rear most injector.

When mine was leaking they replaced the spill hose, not the o-ring to fix it.

Bit over kill unless the pipe split, spoke to my dad and should have suitable viton orings.

How many kms on it? The spill line could be getting brittle by now so when you pull it from the injector you may do some damage to it and need to replace it anyway. I've had to replace the line on my D3 early last year.

That was my point. I suspect the leak isn’t the o-ring but a damaged spill line hence why they fixed my leak by changing the spill line not o-rings.

195k , could be the line but I haven't confirmed 100% where its coming from yet but just checking if the orings were easy to source. Injectors have been out and new washers fitted , unions are tight so I either pinched an oring or the pipe is leaking.
That ****ty plastic pipe is expensive.
