    Valve Block issue I think!

    Hi Guys
i have noticed that the LH rear air bag has been letting air out over the night. and on my last trip to the flinders towing my caravan i got some suspension faults.
the fault was only a orange light which didn't stop me so all good there but i need to get this fixed.
the fault is C1130-66(2C) Air Spring air Supply Algorithm based Failure - Signal has too many transitions/events
i replaced the compressor 18 months ago with a Japanese Hitachi and it has been working great. so i don't think it is this. i have done the soapy water around the air connection on the air bag and no bubbles and i cant hear any air coming out.
so i think it is something to do with the rear valve block.
so with this info is there anything else i could diagnose to make sure it is the valve block before i go ahead and replace the rear one.
    Cheers.

I would get it into off road height and check over complete bag, with soap and water as they can leak anywhere.

I had two valve blocks fail on mine over a couple of years, very difficult to determine 100% if they are the issue.

Both front bags were replaced as they leaked as well, over the years.

Also check over any other fittings, such as around the valve itself for leaks.

I don’t know about the code but no doubt someone will chime in.

I presume you have removed the EAS fuse, then let the vehicle sit for a couple of days,so you can determine which area of the vehicle the fault is more likely to be?

The powder from the desiccant breaking down can get past the filter and cause problems with valves. I needed to replace a front valve block because of this.
How did the desiccant look when you replaced the compressor?

Well replaced the valve block and all sorted and fixed very happy. BUT OMG what PITA i have a second fuel tank so removing the spare tire is not possible, it took so much to not cross thread the valves.
Once you take the bottom pipe off of the valve block you have the ability to to move the valve block to access the 2 pipes at the back. putting it back together was ever harder, i nearly cross threaded once but once i caught Phew.
very happy with the out come, i will take the old valve block and rebuild it as a spare.
cheers for the feed back from every one, thanks.
