Harmon Kardon - “My music+” button wont work

D4 2012 TDV6 - Harmon Kardon ICE but no NAV

for some strange reason I cant select USB or Bluetooth as inputs for the stereo any more

The radio works
I can still make calls via Bluetooth
But the “my music” button has lost the little + symbol and if you press it - nothing happens

The physical mode button also doesn’t work
And the steering wheel buttons for the stereo also don’t work

So no Spotify etc

Turned off the car etc - no joy

Am I buggered or is there a magic hidden reset reboot or other I can use to fix

Look up “hard reset” and do that first.
