So you’ve installed a new leak off line and it’s still an issue? Mine was leaking and the Indy replaced the leak off line for that side and not a problem since
Has anyone had issues with the injector leak off line to injector connection? I had a leak at injector #5 and I just finished replacing the leak off line. All was ok at the initial startup with no leaks, but the same injector started leaking again after a short run. Leak off line looks to be correctly seated in the injector and I also used a new retaining clip in this one. Going to have to pull it apart again and sort out what’s going on. Any one else has a similar issue?

So the retaining clip had come out.
Found the diesel leak on my Disco. Not quite sorted yet... - YouTube
Also found all the clips on the right bank where kinda loose - left bank all good. So removed all the clips on the right bank, squeezed them all down for a little more clamping force. Made sure cylinder #2 was seated correctly (the problem injector). Took it for a test drive and cylinder #2 has popped out againI don't really feel like attempt #3 to fix this issue

It’s a possibility, but from past experience high pressures there will generate a fault code which I’m not getting

Wel I think I may have solved it (at least so far😆. Clip that I just removed was quite loose so I squeezed it down and refitted and although it took some effort to push on it also was quite loose when fitted. So I removed it and squeezed down a different clip, fitted that and happily it wasn’t loose when fitted. No more leaks so far
