				HI Folks,
Looking for advice about permanent sluggish acceleration and code P132B (Turbo Actuator).
Our 2008 D3 at 240,000km has been intermittently over the last 6 months throwing up code Code P132B (Turbo Actuator) combined with sluggish performance under 2000rpm. Usually it clears after a combination of cycling the ignition or clearing the codes or freeing up the turbo actuator linkage or putting turbo cleaner in the tank, but its permanent now and no amount of wriggling the actuator with a coat hanger will make it come good. If I clear the code it logs again straight away on the first start up.
I'm thinking perhaps seized VVT vanes, or tight actuator arm ball joint, or split boost hose.
The turbo was supposedly replaced a few years ago by a previous owner and I'd rather not have to replace it again if there's some other cure. Googling has shown that others have replaced the turbo, or just the actuator arm. Another possibility is boost hoses, has anyone had this and found a permanent fix?
Thanks Dave.

Do you have a GAP tool? If you do you can go to Live Values / TD 2.7 / Boost Pressure Actuator /Graph
turn ignition from position 1 to 2. The actuator should cycle 3 times the turn ignition back to position 1. Should cycle 3 times again. If it looks like the picture. Then not actuator of turbo vanes. If it’s not smooth the actuator or turbo vanes.
