3rd row side storage box - lid removal

Hiya crew, I'm a newbie here, so feel free to correct me if I've posted in the wrong place or if there's already a thread out there on this. Anyway, I recently purchased myself a 2015 Disco-4 with some great mods already (Roof platform/LLAM/Auxiliary tank/KO2 on 18", etc.), so I'm just now doing some further personalisations. I intend. to install some internal third-row side window cages for both protection & fixing some gear. To do so, I must remove the lids on the third-row storage boxes below the windows. It seems simple, so I gave a crack this arvo, but they held tight... there must be a trick? I will tackle it again in the light tomorrow, but I'm hesitant to use more force without checking first... Anybody got the trick (Is it just an open & slide back (with force) or is there a hidden latch/catch/locator pin/position that needs to be considered?) thx in advance

All good. I got the answer from LRtime…. Just hit it harder. That worked
