hoop set

Good evening all.
I currently have a set of series one hoops that came on Elsa back when she had the series one rear tub. Now that the restoration is progressing and she has a series two tub I need shorter hoops to make it all fit. I would rather not butcher the set of series one hoops though. So if anyone out there has some stray series 2/3 hoops floating around but needs series one hoops give me a yell. Failing that can anyone measure the distance between the bottom of the metal tab for the horizontal bar and the base of the hoop leg to give me something to go on if it comes to cutting?

bugger - Larry was looking for some Series 1 hoops also, if Numpty doesnt take them pretty sure Larry will.
