Bit difficult to tell from the information given - key factors are chassis and bulkhead rust, and we know nothing of this.
Given that currently "V8" is a dirty word in the used car market, I would consider the price to be too high by at least $1000. It is the less desirable factory air version, with no mention of aircon in the advertisement, which probably means it doesn't work (may have been removed to fit the Holden engine. The Holden engine is probably not a plus, but if, as claimed, it is properly engineered, then it is probably not a minus, if well done.
Being a country vehicle, it is more likely to be relatively rust free.
