    Question part number

after ordering a ball joint set of 4 thinking i was getting all ball joints to replace, while putting a new steering dampener on. I'm missing the ball joint that comes off the steering arm from the pump.
does it come with the short arm or do i remove the circlip and pop it out? whats the part number???

    Tazd,
It is called a drop arm ball joint kit. I have the part number at work, if you want I can post it up later on. You will need to make up a 'tool' to get it out easily, as it can be a bit fiddly to reassemble.

It can be installed In situ, circlip out, plate off, spring bottom cup and ball and threaded section then drops out. The challenge is in removing the cup from inside the arm
Reassembly is interesting, pressing the plate in against spring pressure to fit the circlip is a doozy
