    Idler pulleys

Has any one the bearing numbers (codes) for the idle pulleys on the TD5 drive belt.
    Thanks Dennis

If they're oly just starting to squeal, you can remove them, prise out the plactic covers (without damaging them, clean thoroughly and regrease. I did mine about 20,000kms ago and they're still sweet.

Do a search on odler bearings and should find some instructions and a few pictures.

They are two different sizes on the Td5 and one of them is rivited into the pulley so is a PITA if you have to actually replace it, so I'd suggest that you get to them ASAP.
