i should also say that i have 2" raised king springs, standard rate in rear and heavy duty in front with bull bar and winch and find the front very bumpy and the rear nice over bumps.
what kind of rims did you get, if you don't mind me asking
ta
I run 46 front and 42-44 rear - but I have a big, heavy ISUZU motor. I have done 20-25k km on them and they are wearing evenly.
not a defender but a disco...I got bighorns fitted and they put 40 in mine also.....I actually dont mind them at 40 so left being as though thats recommened. still I dropped them to off road.
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
thanks for reply thus far, rims are white sunrasias (can't spell) with 0 off set from rover spares in ballarat i think they were around $130 each, a bit dear but our 2 local tyre services one did'nt bother to get back to me with price on tyres or rims and tyrepower could get tyres but tried 3 suppliers and could'nt get rims for fender??? rover spares got them straight away and i even had a choice of 3 colours!!
38 psi, 40psi rear, but that's on a 130 with about 5-600kg in the back most of the time.
Used to run BFG's in the same size at about 32psi all round, the Maxxis are much more supple in the sidewall.
