The Meridian Wombat images are available to purchase. I recommend that way as the scan won't be as good quality or as flat as the original unscanned image, and the calibration etc is done for you. Insert the CD into your drive and your web browser will automatically load the instructions to answer that and much more.

But to answer the question, copy the .map and .ozfx3 file to the directory on your OziCE machine where you wish to store your maps (usually a memory card) and then set OziCE to load its Map and also Image files from that directory. Then just open the map and you are away.

Calibration instructions can be found on The Official OziExplorer Web Site - GPS Mapping Software for Magellan, Garmin, Lowrance, Eagle, MLR Receivers.
