    MAF sensor

    G'day All

Just wondering what the impact of running a TD5 long term with the MAF sensor unplugged.

My 130 runs like a pig with it hooked up and great when it's disconnected.

    Cheers

Its running rough connected because its faulty!

Your running wrong fuelling with it disconnected...

Your economy may suffer... And can cause hesitation or overfuelling...

Wont hurt for a while, but i would replace it...

I hope it's not fatal I drove to Darwin and picked up our new camper trailer with it disconnected.
It still seems to be going well, thats not to say it hasn't done anything to the motor.
