Have a look through the pictures again.

I don't think anyone is in dire need of a free feed

As a Sponsor of the club, I try to provide what I can to take the burdon away from the hosts in accomodating hordes of people decending on their home, so that more days may happen, and we can focus on the vehicles. I can assure you, everyone was there to help Scallops. Having a BBQ is just an added benefit and adds to the Social Interaction.

This way too, more things are able to happen.

As Australians, we all like to rag on our mates as a sign of affection at any sign of weakness, and there is always the unwritten "Law of Lubrication".

More of a little joking between friends, opened up to the general public at large for comment.

I presume it isn't still sitting on the floor?

Not still sitting on the floor, but I will let Scallops fill you in on it's condition. He and I pulled it down on Sunday arvo.

    Cheers, Mick.

    Right - enough Geophysics.....

It's all up on Facebook (photos)....maybe I can link to the SLOW page.....But to recap, bores are pristine, crank bearings, well one was fine, the other 3 show wear - I'll replace the lot; think I need 4 new exhaust valves as beyond help, each and every ring was broken into pieces....one issue with the engine before this is that it is untunable because the dissy is welded stuck....and even with the block fully stripped as it is now I can't see how the heck to budge it.

So some of Dave's latter poll options are looking realistic now! I'll see you guys on a SLOW trip in 2020....just crossing my fingers that Grover can hold himself together through this period otherwise I'll be back to where I started using the Mazda 626!
