Thread: Kyogle Brown & Hurley weekender

Every time I see a small Red 'David Brown' tractor, it reminds me of a missed opportunity about 20 years ago. I took a mate out to the central west of NSW to collect a 109 S2A Land Rover, parked next to it on the rubbish tip was a complete Red 'David Brown' tractor, the engine turned over by hand, it was driven there and left because they had bought a bigger diesel tractor. The property owner said I could take the tractor if I wanted too, I shrugged my shoulders and thought why?? would anyone want a tractor???, after all I did cut/dismantle a 'Farmall' which was languishing behind the garage in my backyard 27 years ago, anyway what a great trip you people have had, many thanks for sharing the images, cheers Dennis
