Thanks Arthur, bit of a difference.
Picked up the Perspex for the rear today.
See how it fits tomorrow. I cant find the proper big headed set screws to hold it so will have to use washers. But hey nobody will know.
Really needs some kind of a clip on cover so when towing on a trailer it does not get full of dust, rain ,etc. Needs thinking on.

It looks good enough that a closed trailer would have its points! How about fitting pipe hoops to the trailer and a tarpaulin over that? Depends of course on your having your own trailer!

We looked at a second hand one yesterday. Bloke said it cost him 6 grand and he has only used it once. we offered 4 1/2 but he knocked it back.
I could build one for less.
We have the single axle you saw with the Tickford on at that wet expo a couple of years ago but if I ad a cage it would go over the max wt hence just a cover to keep the wt down. A full cover would flap and wear out the paint on a big trip.
Another trailer , tandem axle and cage would be the best.

Hi Keith, why don't you sow up a tonneau cover for the Royal, you could attach it to the pipe between the windscreen brackets than use sky hooks to attach it along the sides & back.

    Thats the plan
Actually I will make it in two pieces. One for the back and one for the front.
I find it hard to sleep at nights as my head seems to be buzzing with ideas. Then by morning they are just a memory

    Working against the clock now.
Towing it to the Expo in Sydney, leaving Wednesday.
Fitted the perspex screen and spent all day working out the cockpit cover.

    Thanks Digger.
I have been trying to bring up a bit of a shine. Wet sanded back with 1200 grit then use a cut and polish. Its not too bad but my spray painting skills have to be worked on. There is still a bit of orange peel underneath.
    Perhaps needs more wet sanding.
    Next time.
