Just bolt it on.
If it were efi manifold to carby heads it would need a notch for the injector.
Just a quick one
How do you go about fitting a carby manifold to a 3.5 efi discovery motor
I am planning on putting a 3.5 rover v8 into a mark 2 cortina and want to have it running a carby setup rather than the efi
i dont have a clue when it comes to wiring up fuel injection and i dont really want to pay someone to do it for me so ill just run carby's
So my first question is do the older manifolds fit the EFI heads
If not does anyone make an adapter of some sort
Thanks

Hello Steve,
No problem at all. I have the Rover 180 degree manifold with twin SU carburettors on my 4.6. The heads are 10 bolt efi design with the cutouts within the inlet ports.
The manifold will bolt staight on,..you won't have a problem at all.
Ron.
Not a problem
Better set up is an Edelbrock dual plane manifold and a Rochester Quadra Jet.
