First thing I would do is to look at the nanocom's own settings to check what unlock codes are saved. It sounds a bit like the first one is in, but the rest are missing/incorrect??
For what you're doing I'd say (from looking at the manual) that code no.2 as a minimum needs to be entered; but it's worthwhile having all 6 in.
You find out the codes for your nanocom from when you registered your nanocom on their website - you can login and check what they are meant to be. Obviously checking / entering is going to be heaps easier with the computer hooked up too.
If it's nothing to do with that, then I'm afraid I haven't a clue!
