Thread: Any Puma drivers have this?

I am getting a noise in the gearbox but it only happens veryoccasionally and lasts for a second or less - very hard to diagnose. Best described as the sort of noise you get when putting a playing card in the spokes of a bike, except it sounds more metallic. Usually only occurs during the first shift of the day into the sixth when the gearbox is cold, and then not always. Has been more noticeable as the weather has got colder. But has occurred at once or twice when the gearbox is hot and when engaging second. Typically heard as the gear stick moves through neutral from fifth to sixth, but have had it occur after sixth has been engaged but before the clutch is released. Caught it once in neutral and was able to change the pitch by moving the stick sideways in the gate. Still only talking for fractions of a second. Can't feel anything through the stick when it occurs. Only 17,000 ks on the clock. Gearbox fine in all other respects. Anybody with a similar experience, or any thoughts?

I have a rattle/vibration that sound like its coming from the gear stick itself not the box happens in most gears but only around the 1750rpm mark
I also had a bad clacking noise when in low gears slowing down..and in neutral that ended up being the handbrake dragging
