They are easy enough to make however, will involve stripping the diff out with my way of doing it, so labour then becomes an issue on top of the machining. Maybe exchange housings?
I will keep the jigs for our good members that may need one done for some reason

It was four pinion with MD shafts and AEU2522 CV's.

wait you have a mill but you cant mill back a normal set of socket head screws to suit?

dont forget to cut an oil groove into the peg plate.

I have a small lathe for that. All takes time. For a one off be fine. Cheaper to buy the screws, crazy isn't it

[/QUOTE] Yea thanks, That would be a bad oversight. Just deciding if to bore the locating holes right through to the oil grove?

Today I have finally managed to blow the front CWP wile reversing out of a nasty gully after I got hung up on a log

I only have four more spare 3.54 diffs here so want to peg them from now on.

I pegged a 4.7 in our 109 with a 5/8 bolt and two nuts but makes awful noises when the crown wheel works against it

I want to do the next one a little more scientifically.

I have quite a collection of Unbrako screws of many kinds. What diameter/pitch/length do you need and how many. I will have a look when you answer.
