    300TDi Water Pump

    Can anyone steer me to the best value for money water pump, brand and price, Land Rover original or aftermarket and who sells them, Thanks, Regards Frank.

    i'd go orig as i have had a aftermarket one in before and it lasted about 6months. i get mine from british4x4 off this site. you'll see the banner just above sometimes. cant remember the price but he has a list there.

    I had mine replaced about 5 years ago. I was surprised because I think it was around $95. I get most of my parts from British Offroad. Great mail order service.

    I got mine from Karcraft...it was a Britparts manufacture.

    It was still ok after about 60,000 km.

    You will need to replace the gasket so make sure you get that.

    The bolts holding the pump to the block may have also corroded so be prepared to replace or at least treat those as well.

    Either way they aren't an expensive item it's just the labour component that is.
