Have visited a few forums over time, and found some to be pretty ordinary, especially that Explore oz thing , its like a kindergarten playground This one stands out alone IMHO as its easy to discuss something even if you are not to sure on what your on about, its not tossed back in your face to make you feel like a d..head. And the info is always correct, not from some one that thinks he knows

I agree. It does get pretty heated at times, but what stands out for me, is that people stand up for their brand. It is a LR forum after all.

At the same time there is generally open debate about the pros and cons of the different brands. The current LC200 vs D4 thread is a good example.

It blows me away how many contributors on other forums, want to bury their own brand, and are so willing to put down anyone looking to buy one, rather than offering anything contructive. Almost as if they just want somewhere to have a whinge.

None have anywhere near the cross section of technical expertise, tutoring, point by point explanations etc.

Not sure the info is always correct as the info often encompasses peoples opinions lack of experience that said I think this forum is a credit to those who run it.
