    Electronic speedo to LT95

I've got an electronic TD5 Defender speedo that I'm considering fitting to my county (LT95 box).

There are a number of articles on the web about fitting them to early defenders in place of the mechanical speedo, but they are all LT230's and I cant find anything on fitting to the LT95.

Wiring isn't a problem, its just whether the electronic transducer from the LT230 will physically fit the LT95 speedo drive mount.

Anyone already done this or can say for sure whether or not the transducer fits?

When I looked into this I was told that the LT230 transducer is screw in and the cable on the lt95 has a clip holding it in.

The other way is to go the magnet on the tail shaft or try and do a conversion (I was going to do this but Im running out of time)

I would think someone like Flexdrive industries could make up a composite cable to fit.
A RRC 89 on has a short cable with the transducer on the LH chassis rail. maybe get one and have flexdrive graft on the LT95 end .

The disco Tranducer of a D1 will plug into the LT-230 & LT95. When I went from the 95 to the 230 I didn't have to change a thing.
I've also fitted a VDO digital speedo and got a transducer from New England Instruments made up.

    Cheers

I guess there's always that option, but rather hoping I can go all-electronic and not have a flex cable at all.

And in case the P/N's aren't in those links, here they are:
speedo(km/h): YBC101530 ==> I have one in front of me and its definitely kmh
transducer: YBE100530 ==> haven't physically confirmed myself - info from one of the UK forums.

Just to update this for everyone... YBE100530 fits the LT95 with no issues.
