    manifold air pressure sensor

    Hi everyone.
I have just pulled off my inlet manifold on my td5 to give it a clean out and the air pressure sensor is just a mass of black gunk.
Can I clean it with gunk disolving chemicals or will that wreck the sensor?
Or do I get a new one??

    cheers

    Tim
